Camp Yoga-Fest is for kids
2 x 1-week-long Yoga summer camp in the heart of Kinsale for children ages 8 to 12 (we’re flexible!) 16.7.2018 and 23.7.2018
1 week-long camp for senior infants to second class. 9.7.2018
It’s a great opportunity for your kids to share and relate to one another in a yogic way and sew the seeds of mindfulness early.
Your children will:
• Enjoy activities like swimming (Actons fully supervised), hiking, vegetarian pizza making in outdoor oven, and crafting
• Learn about yogic ideals, like compassion and nonviolence
• Eat delicious, nourishing, and healthy vegetarian lunches
• Practice Hatha Yoga and Mindfulness
• Learn about core Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (Principles of Living)
• Learn a few Sanskrit chants
• Gain strength, confidence, and cultivate peace
Week 1 - July 9 for senior infants to second class
Week 2 - July 16th for 8 - 12 years
Week 3 - July 23rd for 8 - 12 years
9.30 - 3.00 pm daily
Extra child care can be arranged.
Cost 166 (this includes everything)
