Overview
|
Life is stressful for children.
They grow a competitive, results-focused,
high-pressure time and it is difficult for children to remain calm and
relaxed. The over use of media can create an inability to concentrate for
extended periods of time, to modulate emotion, and socialise.
Teaching kids mantras is a great way to help them
focus, to teach them spirituality, and to boost their wellbeing.
There are many mantras for kids, but with some well-honed
questions they will know what need on the day.
