Increase stability and improve range of  motion with yoga exercises in and out of the water. Think about shoulders, hips, spine and ankles.

  • Plank with top of feet resting on mat
Also try being present in the moment when you are breathing. Take each breath slowly and enjoy it. Let go of clinging to results in yoga and swimming. Watch the body, how it moves and the nature of your mind - your reactivity.
